How it works

Create an account or sign in at rafshot.com using your e-mail address (we send a one-time code or sign-in link), or continue with Google or Apple.

The desktop app signs you in through the browser: click "Sign in" in the app, confirm in the browser window that opens, and you are returned to the app already signed in.

After signing in you land on your dashboard. It shows your license status and — once your license is active — the download button for the macOS desktop app.

You can re-download the app at any time from the dashboard; downloads are tied to your account.

The Rafshot lifetime license is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. The price and what the license includes are shown on the pricing page and again before checkout — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Before paying you must accept the Terms of Service and expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, acknowledging that you lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted. Paid access is final once granted — see section 10 of the Terms.

After payment your license is applied to your account within seconds, and the desktop download unlocks on your dashboard.

Settings let you manage your account, see your license status and purchase history, and open the Stripe billing portal for receipts.

Sign-out and account deletion are available in Settings. Deleting your account starts the data-removal process described in the Privacy Policy.

If something is broken, write to [email protected]. Describe the problem, add a screenshot if you can, and list the steps that led to it — that speeds up the fix.
